1. Service

CampaignGate is a software service for outbound campaign lead-list QA, client approval links, approve/reject/suppress decisions, approved-only exports, readiness reports, and approval audit records.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for using CampaignGate only for lawful business workflows and for uploading data you have permission to process. Do not upload highly sensitive personal data.

3. Plans and billing

Free accounts include limited usage. Paid plans are billed as software subscriptions through the payment provider shown at checkout. Plan limits may include campaign count, lead count, access window, and export/report access.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use CampaignGate to send spam, violate platform rules, upload unlawful data, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or abuse public review links.

5. Outputs

CampaignGate exports and reports are operational records for campaign approval workflows. They are not legal, compliance, deliverability, or marketing-performance guarantees.
