1. Data we process

CampaignGate processes account email addresses, campaign details, uploaded lead CSV data, client review decisions, comments, generated exports, and operational audit records needed to provide the service.

2. How data is used

Uploaded lead data is used only for the requested QA, approval, export, and audit workflow. We do not sell lead data.

3. Third-party services

CampaignGate may use hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, and payment infrastructure to operate the service. Payment details are handled by the checkout/payment provider and are not stored directly by CampaignGate.

4. Data retention

Campaign access windows and plan limits may define how long campaign review links remain active. Operational records may be retained as needed for account support, audit history, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

5. Security

CampaignGate uses account authentication and unique review/admin tokens to control access to campaign workflows. Do not publicly share private admin links.
