Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
CampaignGate paid plans are software subscriptions. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing flow or by contacting support at elteonhq@gmail.com.
2. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by the payment provider or applicable rules.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because CampaignGate provides immediate access to software workflows, generated exports, and reports, completed billing periods are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or a specific payment-provider decision.
4. Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact support with the account email and payment receipt information.
